The Show of Shows! Finally - I made the crazy road trip up to this famous event. 27 hours in the car one way! But, heck - it's one of those experiences that every dog show fancier must live! The small hotel rooms, the city that doesn't sleep, the stores - including Macy's 3 floors of just womens shoes! Then of course - the Big Show. It was so awesome to be there - to see so many lovely dogs, to see friends and fellow competitors. The experience of a bench show - is something that just can't be explained - the patience that this show requires - you just got to go with the flow!
We are extremely proud that Desi was awarded Best of Opposite Sex and that her son Thriller got an Award of Merit. Any win at Westminster means so much and we are honored that we pulled off two of the Curly Awards.
